Blinkies that I have done

I've done quite a few funny sarcastic blinkies that I thought I would put up enjoy!

Yay, busy, busy, I have been on a roll doing banners on Etsy and enjoying every minute of it i did a custom banner, avatar, and logo for Princess Bride and she LOVED it, please go and visit her shop(click on shop name) for one of a kind beautiful handmade jewelry for your special day! I also did a blog banner and animated button for Loreens Scrap Place(Wish on a scrap) and had so much fun doing it because I got to do animation, which you cant do for Etsy banners I miss doing animation!

They were both just the nicest people to work with, and I love how if they wanted something changed they just asked! It's not being trouble to me because it is the banner or graphic that promotes their space, and it has to be done just the way they want it. So I hope my streak keeps up cause I am just loving doing the graphics and having so much fun!

So I played the lotto(mega millions) it was 170 million or something like that and when I got up saturday morning I saw that one person in Georgia had one(let me tell you my heart skipped a beat) but alas it wasnt me so I'll keep on keeping on and one of these days you'll see me blog that I won!

So once again it's 5 in the morning and I'm still awake, this has got to stop! I did 3 new banners for my etsy shop, shown above and I think they are fab! Gotta do something at 5 in the morning, at least Roseanne is on so it's not a total bust. I mean with 300+ channels it's a shame that there is nothing on tv on the weekends, hurry up Wed so I can watch Project Runway.

So Etsy has this thing called Alchemy where people basically put up what they want done and a etsy person that does what they want bid to do the project for them, NOT ONCE, has one of my bids been accepted, I have gotten so close soooo many times, spend the time to create and send them something and I either, dont get it or they accepted something else or they loved what I did and will be contacting me for something else, and not to be a whiner, but sometimes I will look at what they pick after the bid is closed and Im like HUH??????? There are some fabulous banner and graphics designers on Etsy though,, it's great to be among so many awesome and creative people!

I have to broaden my horizons a little too, I don't like vintage or too cutesy, I'm a Retro, Mod kind of gal so I have to work more on that type of banner. I can do anything but when you like something it's what you do the most of. I miss doing animated graphics because Etsy doesn't support animation, but if they did, boy oh boy!! Finishing what I start.

So I have 2 chapters of a book written, and I was in Barnes and Nobles the other day looking at all the new paperbacks that are out and I was like, I could so write this stuff! I really need to get on the ball and start writing. I have all these great ideas in my head and they are rolling around in there like marbles in a jar.

Like I said in a previous post I love the vampire, witches, warlocks, werewolves stuff. I had never ever read anything like that at all I used to look at that stuff and go "ewww, who reads that evilness!" but when I worked at the Borders in Key West, Florida, when Laurell K Hamilitons "Incubus Dreams" came out all these people were coming in to buy the book and someone suggested it and I was like "no way Im not reading that" and they said "just try and read the first book" which was Guilty Pleasures I bought it, read it in one night and when I went to work the next day I bought the next 10 books in the series and since then all I have read pretty much is vampires, witches and werewolves oh my!

So thats what the first couple of chapters are about and Im hoping to get it finished and be like Stephanie Meyers who wrote the Twilight series and send some agent a little tidbit and be signed to a 750,000.00 dollar advance. Keep your fingers crossed and hopefully you'll be reading my book some day!
